High precision, quantitative atomic spectra experiment.
- Optical bench provides precise optical alignment
- Rotating table with mounted diffraction grating and telescope
- Built-in power supply and spectrum tubes included
The optical alignment of the components is attained by optical bench, making set-up faster and experimentation easy. The telescope on the rotating table is mounted with bearings for smooth rotation. The diffraction grating is mounted at the center of the rotating table. The telescope is easy to focus and operate.
The rotating arm is graduated for accurate measurement of the spectral lines. The built-in power supply makes a more compact system with easier changing of the discharge tubes. Connection to power is easy, and there are no unnecessary wire intrusions.
Ordering information: Kit includes: Optical bench set (0.8 m), converging lens holder, adjustable collimating slit holder, spectrum tube power supply assembly, telescope assembly, and five spectrum tubes (hydrogen, helium, mercury, krypton, argon).
